The properties are regularly checked and monitored on the basis of an inspection schedule agreed with the client. If there are any changes to the condition of the property or unauthorized persons are on the premises, we immediately alert the local police, fire department, etc. We also offer our customers a 24/7 emergency service, which ensures that problems are rectified on site as quickly as possible.

Documentation is supported by an electronic real-time monitoring system and GPS. All events recorded by our workers are stored securely on a server and can be accessed at any time. In order to offer our clients maximum transparency, they receive all inspection and event reports at a frequency of their choice - daily, weekly or monthly.

Thanks to our optimized systems, we are able to send real-time reports to our clients. Within a few seconds of the event being recorded, the client receives a message with images and a detailed description of the incident.
