Personal data collected

The data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above.

If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request; this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

Bing Maps
We use the “Bing Maps” component of the company One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399 USA, hereinafter “Microsoft”, on our website to display geographical information.
Through “Bing Maps”, data about your use of this website can be transmitted to Microsoft, collected and used by Microsoft. Each time the “Bing Maps” component is called up, Microsoft can set a cookie to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Bing Maps” component is integrated is displayed. You have the right to request that we restrict processing if one of the legal requirements is met.
Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)

Furthermore, when exercising your right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 (1) GDPR, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and provided that doing so does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6 (1) (e) (data processing in the public interest) or (f) (data processing based on a balance of interests) GDPR, for reasons related to your particular situation.
